As I told people about my new handle product there were many that asked if the door could be locked.

So, I designed an Electronic Locking System.

The electronic lock system comes with

1. (10) key fobs.

2. A wall mounted key control.

3. An emergency exit switch.

4. The magnet & opposing plate.

5. The control unit.

6. Battery backup unit in case of power failure.

The magnet is recessed into the jamb of the door frame, with the top 2” down from the head.  The opposing plate is recessed into the door at a height to match the magnet.

The emergency switch should be mounted at a height approximately 72” above the floor.  So that adults can use it when needed.
